E-SELEN VA GAMAVIT PREPARATLARINING QO‘YLARNING QON KO‘RSATKICHLARIGA TA’SIRI

Abstract

In the study, E-Selen and Gamavit veterinary preparations were administered together with vaccines used against clostridial diseases in sheep in order to enhance the natural resistance of the organism. Blood samples were collected from the experimental groups before vaccination and administration of the preparations, as well as on days 7, 14, and 30 afterwards. The samples were analyzed for erythrocyte, leukocyte, lymphocyte counts, hemoglobin concentration, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes, lymphocytes, and hemoglobin concentration in the blood of the sheep.
